Day 11: Attaching New Meaning

“The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.” - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

This whole week is about building confidence!

YOUR BODY IS NOT A BURDEN:
The Church is really good about communicating messages that the inside of us matters. And it does! But, accepting our spirit and soul on the inside can never be fully realized without accepting of our bodies on the outside. God wants to provide a way for us to view our physical frame with His spiritual eyes for us to receive, enhance, and enjoy how He made us.

There are moments where people have said certain things, and it has altered our ability to be confident. We have all allowed someone else’s words to control that inner part of us. But your body was never meant to be a burden. It was always meant to be a display of God’s beauty and glory on the earth.
